My first dose of halloween...a spook-tacular movie marathon

It's this time of the year when kids dressed in bunny suits roamed the streets for some egg hunting. (Wait, that was for another holiday.) It's this time of the year when kids dressed in fairy, pirates, zombies and even ninja turtles roamed the streets for some candies and some ghost hunting. Its October again. And when the month reach its end, its what we call Halloween!

Halloween is my second favorite holiday of the year. Because during this day, not only the living are celebrating, but also those who are underneath us. This is also a time when urban legends (the ones that creeps us when we are young) reaches out to the younger generation, still hoping that they can still scare the shit out of them. Ghostly figure emerge from the closets and behind the doors, Engkantos plays with you on your way home, the undead wakes you up on the wee hours of the night, and haunted houses...still haunts you, are just some of the main attraction during Halloween along with the scary television shows that showcases the dark side of the cemetery. But for me, Halloween is a time for some great pop corn horror/suspense/thriller flick movie marathon!

Halloween is the time when all the Michael Myers, Sadako, Chucky, Leatherface and Dracula films are on the rent. I just got my first dose of Trick o' Treat 15 minutes ago when I finished watching Exorcist 3 on youtube. And I got a whole bunch of movie up in my list, preparing itself to satisfy my pumpkin pie needs.

Well, here's my personal recipe for a good ol' Halloween movie marathon:

*Dice up some slasher flicks with Michael Myers in the Halloween series.
*Add a pinch of evil in The Omen Legacy.
*Marinate yourself with terror in The Blair Witch Project.
*Grab some chop limbs as you make your way through Cloverfield.
*Wash the remaining blood stains from the Night of the Living Dead.
*Spice it up with some ashes from Silent Hill.
*Add more zest by firing up bullets on Resident Evil trilogy
*Hold a Grudge and wear a Ring if you want to make it more Oriental.
*Remove the bones from the flesh by help of The Exorcist.
*And to top it all up, grab a pop corn and sit back, relax and enjoy the movie.

That is just a hint of what's coming for me this Halloween. I had a load of Halloween flicks lined up and waiting to be seen...not only by me but also by the others....

ADVANCED HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!
